Youth Arise

Creating a future for young people through Arts and Talent

Art that cannot shape society and therefore also cannot penetrate the heart questions of society, and in the end influence the question of capital, is no art.
—Joseph Beuys

Human potential far exceeds what many could have dreamed of. Many people exist with hidden
potentials and unearthed abilities that have gone unnoticed, and have been left to “rot” away
essentially. Skills are learned by practicing. Hence, creating such an environment to initiate
development of skills is key

HERE'S HOW WE ENGAGE IN ARTS AND TALENT

Through Our Art Hub

The  Art Hub is designed to harness and build talents in YAO, by creating an environment that
provides people with a place to make mistakes, practice and hone their art skills.
A lot of amazing talents in the organization are yet to be harnessed and the art hub seeks to create an atmosphere that initiates the development of skills.

OUR

MISSION

To encourage young people to make mistakes in their training and learning of art. It will provide a platform for art to be adequately and sufficiently displayed. The department will harness and train young people with their skills to be able to make significant impact in their communities and societies with their talents. Young people will develop themselves greatly through art.

VISION

To be an arena designed to provide a holistic and calm environment for individuals with art to practice their skills, without intimidation from others and support and training from everyone

Why We Invest Resources In The Art Hub

Harnessing  talents is a key to building numerous capacities in YAO.
YAO aspires to create a culture in which individuals believe they can improve at everything they enjoy. We don't want to discourage anyone from following their dreams.

Our Approach

Quite Simple!

We give young people platforms to display or share their talents with us ,and we pair them with mentors who help them develop it . Those unsure of their talent also go through talent discovery programs and explore diverse talents before finally settling on what suits them
