Rev. Kennedy Okosun is the Executive Chairman of Krif Ghana Ltd. He graduated from the University of Benin with a Bachelor’s Degree in Political Science and Public Administration in 1984. He holds an Executive MBA (Human Resource Management) from the University of Ghana Business School, awarded in 2008. He is a founding member of the Ghana/Israel Chamber of Commerce and a member of the Israel Ghana Friendship Association. He is also a member of the Board of Trustees of the All Nigeria Community, Ghana. He is the Chairman of the Action Business Forum (Airport Residential Area), the Special Envoy to Governments and Diplomatic Missions (Action Chapel International), past Chief of Staff of Action Chapel International, past National Chairman, EMPRETECH Business Forum, past President and past Secretary General of the EMPRETEC Business Forum. Rev. Okosun is the Founder and Patron of the Krif Foundation a Non-Governmental Organisation with the objective of espousing the benefits of Good Corporate Governance. He is also the Founder and Editor-in-Chief of INTEGRITY Magazine, an all-gloss premier good governance publication and organizer of strategic and targeted quarterly events, Until recently, Rev. Okosun was a board member of the Ghanaian German Economic Association and the Ghana/Israel Chamber of Commerce. Furthermore, Rev. Okosun has over the last 33 years succeeded in growing Krif Ghana Limited into the industry leader in the supply of Office Equipment, Office Stationery, Bank Equipment and Security Safes. Rev. Okosun has a passion for mentoring young people and a strong commitment to ensuring that leaders of tomorrow are equipped with the skills and competencies required for success in life. Rev. Okosun is a Family man, married to Awura Adjoa Agyaa Okosun. Together with their sons Jewel Joshua Kweku Okosun and Abraham kwaku Okosun, they live in Accra.

Moses Baffour Awuah is the Founder and Global C.E.O of Youth Arise Organization, a body of young professionals committed to the principles and values of mentoring in its education and policy-oriented work. With a back ground in Human Resource Management, Moses Baffour Awuah has spent over twelve years working with young people across the country. His work has taken him to various second cycle, tertiary, religious institutions and remote communities to build the capacity of young people, women and children in the area of leadership, personal development, entrepreneurship and Agribusiness. As a conference speaker his audience has ranged from teens to professionals, Development Partners and Government Officials. Moses is also the CEO of GrowS-Hort Agribusiness Incubator, an Incubator center established to transform Africa’s Agriculture through contemporary and market competitive agricultural practices. He coordinated African Youth Network for Agricultural Transformation (AYNAT) maiden High Level Youth Policy dialogue on Agriculture and led the Youth in Agriculture and Agribusiness Sensitization and Advocacy program, a program designed to provide leadership in pushing the youth in agriculture agenda to the forefront of National discourse. His works sent him to Kenya to share his experience in working with young people and building a developing a successful incubation program Moses has served as a member of the US Government Advisory Group on Ghana’s Global Food Security Strategy, a program designed to sustainably reduce poverty, hunger and malnutrition in Ghana. He is the Convener of the Mentoring Clinic, a certified USAID Africa Lead trainer, consultant, rapporteur and the Author of the Book “The Force of Mentorship.” Moses has impacted the lives of countless young people in Ghana and beyond and is married to Pharm Mrs. Emelia Baffour Awuah

Mrs. Mary Abena AgyakoEma Agyepong is a Higher Education Administrator. She is currently the Registrar of the University of Environment and Sustainable Development, Somanya, in the Yilo Krobo Municipality in the Eastern Region of Ghana since June 1st 2020. Before that, she had served as the Registrar of the Presbyterian University College, Ghana (September 1st 2018 – May 30th 2020) and as the first Female Registrar of the Koforidua Technical University (then Koforidua Polytechnic) from September 1st 2007 – May 31st 2013. For a combined period of 10 years (September 1st 1997 – July 31st 2007), Mrs. Agyepong worked at the Sunyani Technical University (then Sunyani Polytechnic), first as a lecturer. She served in other capacities as Head of Department, Vice-Principal and Dean of Students She holds a Master of Science in Food Science (1997) from McGill University (Montreal, Canada) and a Bachelor of Science (with Honours) in Biochemistry (1992) from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST). She is a product of the Aburi Girls Secondary School. Mrs. Mary Abena Agyepong is a well-resourced person with high levels of local and international exposure that has tremendously impacted her life, work and relationships. She has participated in several International and Local conferences, workshops, seminars and summits in areas of Conflict Resolution, Negotiation and Advocacy, Human Resources Metrics, and Flexible Skills Development She is married to Nana Kwesi Agyepong (Ghana Highway Authority) for the past 28 years and they have been blessed with four daughters – Getrude-Caroline, Geraldine-Cristal, Charlene-Payin and Charaine-Kakra Agyepong.

Susana Bonney is the Program Management Specialist and Budget Coordinator with USAID Ghana and has over eighteen years’ experience in project development and management. Susan works in various capacities in program management, budget, youth, and women empowerment, providing extensive support to her team to effectively integrate gender and youth into their respective programming. While doing so, she identifies a need for greater information sharing and learning among agriculture, Fisheries, trade, and energy projects to accelerate women’s empowerment and household food security. She previously worked with UK Department of International Development (DFID) now UK AID as a Project Officer. Susan is the US Embassy Interagency Foreign Service National (FSN) Council President, leading over eight hundred staff members, acting as the advocate and communication mouthpiece between the mission leadership and the FSN community on all matters related to FSNs. She is also the first and current USAID FSN Champions Co-Chair for the Africa Region, working to enhance the linkage between FSNs in Africa and USAID leadership and key stakeholders. In addition to her work and the council leadership responsibilities, Susan is passionate about women and youth empowerment, she has facilitated workshops and led various panel discussions to help build the capacity and empower the vulnerable, especially women and youth in the Ghanaian society.

Annie Dela Akanko is an international development professional with 16 years of experience managing diverse Monitoring, Evaluation, and Learning (MEL) teams across West and Central Africa. Throughout Ms. Akanko’s career, she has managed an increasingly complex set of Monitoring, Evaluation and Learning (MEL) activities on flagship USAID programs of the West Africa regional office for the USAID Africa Lead II program across 6 country buy-ins including Ghana, DRC, Guinea, Nigeria, Sierra Leone and Senegal and one regional buy in (West Africa Regional Mission). Since 2019, Ms. Akanko worked as an MEL Consultant on a range of USAID projects such as the USAID Monitoring Evaluation and Technical Support Services (METSS) II Project and the regionally focused USAID Africa Lead II project. She was a member of an independent evaluation team that evaluated the performance of the University of Cape Coast, Fisheries and Coastal Management Capacity Building Support Project through METSS and a member of an independent team of external evaluators that conducted the end of project learning evaluation for CSIR-SARI through the USAID (METSS) II Project. Ms. Akanko has also consulted for other international NGOs such as ACDI/VOCA in various domains. Mrs. Akanko also managed the local employment component of the Environment and Social Responsibility (ESR) initiatives at the Newmont Golden Ridge Limited (NGRL) at Ahafo, Ghana to indicate the progress of implementation. Mrs. Akanko has an MBA in Leadership and Management from the York St. John University in the United Kingdom, a Post Graduate certificate in Sustainable Development from the University of London in the UK and a Degree in Integrated Development Studies from the University for Development Studies. Mrs. Akanko serves on the board of Picorna Hotel and the New Life Medical Clinic. She is married to Dr. Isaac Akanko and they are blessed with three lovely kids.

He is a broadcast journalist with 26 years working experience in the broadcast media. He started as a Producer with the State Broadcaster and has produced programmes such as the morning show, What Do You Know and special programmes like Independence Day and Farmer’s Day programme which he does with finesse and expertise. He has been teaching the production of Features and Documentaries at the Radio Training School for over 15 years. He holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Social Sciences from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology, Diploma in Public Relations from the Ghana Institute of Journalism and a Master of Arts Degree in Democracy Governance and Law from the University of Cape Coast. He has passion for the development of the youth and has done a lot of work in this direction by serving on several committees to discuss youth programmes and engaging the youth on a number of concerns. He has recently been appointed a member of the Board of Directors of Youth Arise Organization – a body of young professionals committed to the principles and values of mentoring on its education and policy-oriented work. He has attended several workshops in and outside Ghana. He attended a month’s workshop in the production of youth programmes in DW Germany in 2000, participated in a workshop for Media Leaders with the focus on maximizing revenue by the BBC in 2017 and another on Corporate Governance by the Blue Crest College in 2018. In 2015 he led the radio team in Accra to receive the best media organization – radio division by the head of state awards scheme which has the sole aim of developing young people. In 2017 the Ecclesiastical Bishops and Leadership Conference of Africa awarded him the Leadership and Media Personality Award for his work and support for youth programmes. He is currently the Deputy Director of Radio and also Head of UNIIQ FM.

Papa Kwegyir-Aggrey, Esq. was called to the Bar as a Barrister and Solicitor in Ghana on September 30th, 2016. He holds a BL(Professional Qualifying Certificate) from the Ghana School of Law, Makola and a Bachelors of Law degree from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science Technology Paapa currently works with Associate - Obeng-Sakyi, Sogbodjor & Co. (Barristers & Solicitors), Adabraka, Accra. There he is actively involved in commercial, property, labour law practice and is actively involved in courtroom litigations. Paapa also serves as the Deputy Patron for Ignite Youth of Ghana and Head, Administrative & Legal - Health & Hope Initiative Foundation (HHIF). He is an inspirational leader with a high sense of duty geared towards the achievement and fulfillment of set targets and goals. A team player with interpersonal skills capable of managing challenges to achieve a goal. Papa has an insatiable quest for learning.

Pastor Reuben Assibey Kwakye is the Lead Pastor and Founder of King's Glory Chapel International and REASS APOSTOLIC MISSION, two vibrant ministries touching the lives of many with the Gospel through prayer, and prophetic counsel. Pastor Reuben is also a writer and publisher and serves as the CEO of GO-WORLD Media, a publishing firm that offers extensive services in Graphic Design, Book Publications and general print solutions. As an alumnus of the University of Ghana, Legon, Pastor Reuben holds a degree in Philosophy with Statistics and a Professional Certificate in Financial Management from the Institute of Commercial Management, UK. With a professional background in sales, events management and counselling, coupled with his many years of service in ministry, Pastor Reuben possesses in depth knowledge in issues of life, destiny and human behavior. With an eye for excellence, a heart full of love and a passion for wisdom, Pastor Reuben never misses a place among both the young and the old and also never falls short in being a blessing. He is married to Mrs. Bertha Assibey-Kwakye and they are blessed with two children.

Pharm Mrs. Emelia Baffour Awuah is a Pharmacist at the Cape Coast Teaching Hospital, CCTH in the Central Region of Ghana serving as the Medicines Management Unit Pharmacist. Prior to her appointment at the Cape Coast Teaching Hospital she worked with the 37 Military Hospital as a Pharmacist at the Pediatric satellite and at Prime Pharmacy as the Pharmacist and leader of the pharmacy on weekends. She is also the Superintendent Pharmacist at Mic-Ceasar Pharmacy Limited. As the Pharmacist at the Medicines Management Unit, MMU of Cape Coast Teaching Hospital, she plays a critical role in the procurement and inventory management of the hospital’s medicines. She works hard to ensure the availability of essential medicines at the hospital at all times. She has an unusual passion for young people, women and children, Pharm Emelia serves as the Health team Coordinator at Youth Arise Organization (YAO), there she organizes community public health education programs on Women’s Health, Adolescent Sexual, Reproductive and Mental health. She also organizes Health screening exercises for the underprivileged communities, young people and women. She is currently leading YAO’s public education efforts to curb the increase of teenage pregnancy in Ghana. Pharm Emelia is an alumnus of Central University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in pharmacy. She also holds a Diploma in Clinical Microbiology, Whole Person Medicine, Consultation Skills, Public Health Research Methods, Team Dynamics, Leadership, Conflict Management, Personal Management, Strategic Management, Project Management and Patient Care with a 40-hour credit. Nathaniel Amo Acquah is a banker by profession with Stanbic Bank Ghana Limited, he has over nine years of experience working in the banking industry, at Stanbic he has served as an Accounts Support Officer, Customer care consultant, Digital Banking Consultant, Customer Service Consultant and Analyst, Service Quality Officer. He has been nominated for several awards including the prestigious Beyond Excellence and Spot Light for good Customer Service in 2018 and received recognition of Service Excellence from the head of the Private Banking Suite Dr. Ernest Asimenu. Prior to joining Stanbic Bank, he worked with Barclays Bank, now ABSA as the Product Assistant in the Retail Banking Unit, Head Office-Accra High Street in the year 2013. Nathaniel is also the Country Director of Youth Arise Organization, Ghana and has stayed through with the mission and vision of the organization since its inception in 2013. He affirms to the adage that the future of any given society lies in the bosom of its youth, hence the need to make an impact in the lives of the younger generation. Nathaniel is a passionate youth worker, excellent communicator and a people’s person. Dr. Kwadwo Owusu Akuffo is a Senior Lecturer at the Department of Optometry and Visual Science, Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST), Kumasi, Ghana, where he contributes to training the next generation of optometrists and vision scientists. He completed his Doctor of Philosophy (PhD) degree in 2017 at the Nutrition Research Centre Ireland, Waterford Institute of Technology, Waterford, Ireland; investigating the impact of macular carotenoid and co-antioxidant supplementation on visual function in patients with early age-related macular degeneration. His PhD work was supported by the European Research Council Grant 281096. Dr Akuffo has been trained in retinal photograph grading at the Moorfields Eye Hospital Reading Centre, London, UK, and has been certified to grade cataracts using the Lens Opacities Classification System (LOCS) III by the Chylack Incorporated. Dr Akuffo has published over 30 scientific peer-reviewed articles and has contributed to several conference proceedings in his research field. He is a Fellow of the American Academy of Optometry (AAO) and a member of the Ghana Optometric Association (GOA). He was recognized for his scientific excellence as ‘Affiliate of the African Academy of Sciences’ following a competitive evaluation process. In addition to his academic and research work, Dr. Akuffo is very passionate about mentorship and the career development of young people. Throughout his mentorship, students have won several prestigious international awards including the Harvard Crossroads Emerging Leaders Program (CELP) Fellowship, and Developing Country Eye Researcher Travel Fellowship (DCERF). Dr. Akuffo currently serves as a Board Member of the African STEM Network and is a patron of several student groups.

Master Daniel Agyei is a dynamic individual with a passion for youth development and leadership. He holds a degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Option from the University of Professional Studies, where he was the first-ever campus president of the Protégés club. Daniel joined Youth Arise Organization in 2018 after participating in the Leadership Diary Training Program in Kumasi, and has since risen through the ranks to become the regional coordinator of the Greater Accra Region. In this role, he has led the organization of various programs and events, and has helped to inspire and empower young people to develop their leadership skills. Aside from his work in youth development, Daniel is also a talented songwriter, having written and produced two songs: "My Needs" and "The Circle Nature of the World". He also played a key role in the composition of the new Youth Arise Organization song, "Celebration". In addition to music, Daniel is also a gifted speaker, poet, script writer and editor, and a mentor to many young people. His dedication to the development of young people has not gone unnoticed, as he was awarded the Male Emerging Model Counselor of the Year 2022 by Youth Arise Organization during their 10th Anniversary celebrations. With his talent and passion for youth development, Daniel is sure to continue making a positive impact on the lives of young people in Ghana and beyond

She also organizes health screening exercises for the underprivileged communities, young people and the elderly. She is currently leading YAO’s public education efforts to curb the increase of teenage pregnancy in Ghana and to normalize holistic Menstrual Health and Hygiene Management (MHM) practices among young girls through the Free Flow Project (FFP) initiative. Pharm Emelia is an alumnus of Central University and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in pharmacy. In 2018, Japhlet participated in the Leadership Diary Training Program, which was a turning point for her as it helped her develop her leadership skills. She was appointed as the campus president for the University of Ghana Protégés Club International, where she served for the academic years 2021-2022. During this time, she also served as the acting head of the STEM department from 2021 to 2022, which helped her develop her skills in project management. Japhlet has also been an active member of the finance team for the Leadership Diary Training Program since 2019, where she has played a crucial role in managing finances and budgets for the program. She is passionate about hardware, software, networking, and web design. She finds web design particularly fascinating and enjoys exploring creative solutions to design challenges. Since then, she has made remarkable progress and risen through the ranks in the organization, from a team member to a team leader, workshop assistant, and now an inducted Counsellor. Currently, Steffi serves as the Deputy Regional Coordinator of the Youth Arise Organization in the Eastern Region. She is a protege, leader, mentor, friend, and many other things to the people around her. Her strong desire for knowledge has propelled her to take advantage of the resources provided by the organization. Now, she is proficient in various fields, including videography, photography, graphic design, video editing, and more, making her an asset to the Media Department. In addition to her impressive skillset, Steffi is also a talented poet, having produced works such as "The Value of Youth Work" and "African Renaissance," which showcase her passion and enthusiasm for personal development, mentorship, and Africa's development. Nathaniel Amo Acquah is a banker by profession with Stanbic Bank Ghana Limited, he has over nine years of experience working in the banking industry, at Stanbic he has served as an Accounts Support Officer, Customer care consultant, Digital Banking Consultant, Customer Service Consultant and Analyst, Service Quality Officer. He has been nominated for several awards including the prestigious Beyond Excellence and Spot Light for good Customer Service in 2018 and received recognition of Service Excellence from the head of the Private Banking Suite Dr. Ernest Asimenu. Prior to joining Stanbic Bank, he worked with Barclays Bank, now ABSA as the Product Assistant in the Retail Banking Unit, Head Office-Accra High Street in the year 2013. Nathaniel is also the National Coordinator of Youth Arise Organization, Ghana and has stayed through with the mission and vision of the organization since its inception in 2013. He affirms to the adage that the future of any given society lies in the bosom of its youth, hence the need to make an impact in the lives of the younger generation. Nathaniel is a passionate youth worker, excellent communicator and a people’s person. Nathaniel is currently a master’s student studying Information Technology with the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (2022).
