Moses Baffour Awuah (Affectionately called Chief by his protege’s) spent a considerable amount of time learning and mentoring people with the little he knew. Through mentoring young people, his number of mentees grew exponentially hence birthed vision of an organization committed to the principles and values of mentoring “I love to pioneer a movement and it’s my earnest desire to make a difference in their world” he said. Today, the work is done by volunteers who are trained to be effective youth workers and are helping to positively impact the lives of young people all around the world
