WHAT IS THE WORKSHOP OBJECTIVE?
To initiate a series of activites that will identify,guide ands support young people "to lead a life of choice;not chance" so that they make a positive transition into responsible national leaders
Training is in two phases:
1. Course work for all participants provision of a certificate of participation. The courses include:
a. Personal Development and Mentoring
b. Leadership Development & The Africa we want Visioning
c.Entrepreneurial and Financial Literacy
d.Regenerative health and Holistic Well-being for Leaders
e.The world of Work,digital Transformation & Cyber Resilience

To articulate participants’ social change goals
Throughout the training, participants will be made to demonstrate their evolution towards a social change agent. The goal is to help them develop into effective leaders who will make meaningful contributions to their communities

Participants will visit various tourist attractions and educational sites including but not limited to the parliament House,Lake Bosomtwi,Manhyia Palace, Kumasi Court of Appeal,Kwame Nkwumah Memorial Park, Shai Hills and many others
The participants have the chance to communicate with other students from across the country and share ideas thereby improving their exposure to new ideas and cultures. They also have the chance to meet resource personnel in the various career fields to enhance their skills and knowledgeÂ
