Youth Arise Organization (YAO) has successfully completed another transformative year of its flagship Leadership Diary Training Program (LDTP), celebrating its 12th anniversary of empowering young leaders across Ghana. The 2024 edition expanded its reach to three major cities – Accra, Takoradi, and Kumasi – with 540 participants collectively engaging in a comprehensive curriculum covering personal development, leadership skills, financial empowerment, and health education under the theme “Youth for the Prosperity of Africa: Established, Equipped and Engaged.”
Since its inception in 2013, LDTP has trained over 10,000 young people, establishing itself as a cornerstone of youth leadership development in Ghana. The program features sessions led by industry professionals, including YAO Global CEO Moses Baffour Awuah and ARCH Executive Director Pharm. Emelia Baffour Awuah, alongside practical experiences through educational trips and community service initiatives. Participants’ testimonials highlight the program’s profound impact on their self-confidence, networking opportunities, and leadership capabilities.
